The people at eacg have worked in a wide range of industries and organisations. Many have deep experience in the Financial Services sector, from working either at blue-chip consulting companies, or in the finance industry itself. Our executive team reflects this breadth of background and experience.
We are rightly proud of the quality of all eacg’s people. We have a very experienced team of consultants covering all aspects of change delivery. eacg has engaged over 600 consultants on client assignments over the last 18 months across the majority of the major UK financial services companies.
Senior team
Steve Robson
Steve founded ea Consulting Group in 1998, initially to address the delivery challenges around the introduction of the Euro. Previously, he had a career at executive level with ICL/Fujitsu, Logica, Unisys, BT Syntegra and others. An experienced programme management professional, he has more than 30 years of providing quality services to his clients.
Jon Murphy
Jon joined eacg in 2004, where he has undertaken a range of client relationship roles. His background is predominantly in the financial services sector, his responsibilities having been mainly focused on the programme delivery. Immediately prior to joining eacg, he was part of the executive at Lloyds TSB Private Bank, where he had responsibility for systems and technology.
Andrew Walker
Andrew joined eacg as Chief Operating Officer, with a focus on up-scaling and optimising eacg's back-office infrastructures to meet current and future demands. Andrew's background is working within professional services and a consultancy environment. Formerly a Finance Director at the BSI Group he has a wealth of experience working within and helping sustain rapidly growing businesses.
Cheryl Robson
Cheryl is a co-founder and Director of eacg. After a career in television at the BBC and establishing an award-winning publishing company with over 50 titles from around the world, Cheryl went on to be trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and as a person-centred counsellor. She has helped to establish eacg's PSOC (People Side of Change Practice) and has developed eacg's PR and Marketing, and now takes up the role of Director of the eacg Charitable Foundation.

Prof. Scott Moeller
Director, M&A Research Centre, Cass Business School
Scott Moeller is the Director and founder of the M&A Research Centre at Cass Business School where he is also an Honorary Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Finance. Scott's most recent book, published by John Wiley & Sons in July 2009 is entitled Surviving M&A: Making the Most of Your Company Being Acquired. Another book (co-authored with Dr. Chris Brady) namely Intelligent M&A: Navigating the Mergers and Acquisitions Minefield, discusses the role of business intelligence in major financial restructurings and received a number of awards.
Prior to teaching, Scott was at Deutsche Bank in London for 6 years in several senior banking positions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Scott worked first at Booz Allen & Hamilton Management Consultants (now Booz & Co) for over 5 years and then at Morgan Stanley for over 12 years in New York, Japan, and most recently as co-manager and then member of the board of Morgan Stanley Bank AG in Germany.
