Resource teams are supported associate teams resourced by experienced individuals with all people management aspects handled by eacg.
Hybrid teams are experienced project and programme consultants assigned directly and assured by eacg. Projects can be shaped and delivered via our consultancy expertise focusing on strategic areas of customer, people, process and risk.
A Resource team is where a project lead or senior project manager is identified to lead the delivery of a piece of work on a particular programme. The lead will possess subject matter expertise, will have a track record of delivery with eacg and very often a familiarity with the client. They will act as a single point of contact leading the team delivery and will be supported by a team of experienced associates. These associates will also have expertise, often knowledge and experience of the client and financial services. Our ‘associate board’ allows eacg to identify individuals within this community that have worked successfully on projects previously. From a client perspective there is also one single point of contact and the team can be flexed both up or down as required leading to significant time and cost savings. The formation of these teams allows more effective performance, consistency and continuity throughout the duration of the project.
A Hybrid Team draws upon the full breadth of expertise that is available through eacg. Projects can be shaped and delivered via our consultancy expertise focusing on strategic areas of customer, people, process and risk. eacg has a leadership team with extensive industry knowledge, change programme and technical expertise. This together with an advisory panel of senior subject matter experts at Programme Manager and Director Level, compliment our unique hybrid team offering. When required there is also the opportunity to utilise third party expertise which can be drawn upon incorporating disciplines such as testing, data analysis, lean six sigma etc.
