From our meetings over the last few months, our Relationship Managers have spoken to many of you about forming an Associate Board to help support you in your own personal development, continuity of employment, knowledge sharing and job support as well as creating a network of contractors.
The venue and date will be confirmed in the next few weeks.
What we would like to cover at this meeting will be the background to the concept as well as looking to facilitate discussions around the Associate Board Agenda. This will be an Associate led group fully supported by ea Consulting Group.
This will be a great opportunity to build relationships outside of your current roles, establish communities of interest and have a real say in how eacg can best support you going forward.
