Job specification:

Ensuring that the job specification is as detailed as possible is the first step towards finding an appropriate Candidate.

Sourcing suitable consultants:

We have an extensive network of Interim consultants and previous Associates within the Business Change/IT arena. We can also offer an advertising campaign / media plan, including trade journals and targeting. Our people are trained and experienced in the search/selection of specific, high level personnel.

Selection process:

  • Initial screening: pre-screening e.g. proof of identity, CV vetting, reference checking, eligibility for UK work etc.
  • Phone interviews: competency based interviewing against the required job specification.
  • Face to face interviews: conducted with two experienced interviewers one of which will be an industry expert.

Shortlisting:

After our rigorous selection process we can present our clients with a shortlist of suitable candidates.

Client interviews:

eacg will arrange interviews then gather feedback from both the candidate and the client, post interview.

Managing the offer process:

We manage any offer process ensuring all parties are in agreement. We assist the candidate with advice and manage all expectations throughout any notice period. eacg will manage all rejections, providing an informative service for both parties.

Placement and post placement:

eacg will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all parties are satisfied on placement and will check with all parties after 4 weeks of the new position starting.

Our unique Expert Panel and Associate Board processes enable us to challenge thinking and seed best practices. These together with internal support and coaching mechanisms are strong factors in attracting and retaining some of the best Subject Matter Experts in the industry – particularly important during periods of economic growth when there is a shortage of experienced Interims available.
