History

eacg was founded by Steve Robson in 1998. It was originally set up to address the issues of euro integration. It expanded into providing project and programme management services within the financial services industry among others.

We have significantly expanded both our services and the areas where we operate.

With a pioneering mindset that recognized some of the opportunities in being able to have delivery teams on call, eacg opened up their interim division to ensure that solutions provided by the consulting division could be peopled by skilled individuals with whom we already had a relationship.

We now advise on and deliver all aspects of change within your business. Or help you to do it. Typically, our consultants work with you to:

• Solve your problems, by analysing the root causes of your business issues. Identifying the right things to do, in order to move your business forward
• Design solutions to your issues. Allowing you to address the issues in the right way, and
• Deliver effective and durable change. By providing the right resources to make sure that change properly impacts your processes, and your systems, and your people.

In 2008, eacg celebrated its 10th year and it has gone from strength to strength.

2008 also saw eacg gain recognition from the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 league tables as being one of the fastest growing unlisted companies in the UK. In 2009, that success has been repeated.
