Consultants
We are experiencing unprecedented demand for our services, typically on the major, long-term restructuring and integration projects which the UK banking industry is currently undertaking. Packages are competitive and performance excellence is properly rewarded.
Role Outline
Over the next year we want to recruit experienced Consultants for delivery projects.
Typically, our Consultants:
- Focus on delivering client assignments and focus in change management and business transformation.
- Specific expertise in an area such as merger integration, customer management, cost reduction, Target Operating Models, regulation or project assurance would be a distinct advantage.
- Building client relationships and developing business are essential competencies.
- Candidates will have a track record of preparing sales material and proposals, leading to new and successful client assignments.
- You will also be prepared to take ownership for projects and have accountability for financial targets.
...and you will have...
- Solid, in-depth experience within the financial services sector - this is a MUST.
- Worked for an established consulting practice where you delivered and/ or managed projects....
- Or an established track record working on change projects within a major bank.
- Either way, you will have proved you can make a difference and create an impact.
Our roles currently do not include an IT offering and therefore IT expertise is not relevant to any application.
