Steve Robson – Global Chairman and Founder

Steve RobsonSteve founded ea Consulting Group in 1998, initially to address delivery challenges around the introduction of the Euro. eacg expanded into providing project and programme management services within the financial services industry.
Previously, Steve had a career at executive level with ICL/Fujitsu, Logica, Unisys, BT Syntegra amongst others. An experienced programme management professional, he has more than 30 years of providing quality services to his clients.

Ron Whatford – Chief Executive Officer Europe

Ron WhatfordRon had a long standing  career in financial services, including  LloydsTSB  Group Operations Director, Retail Banking Director, Customer Experience Director and MD of Scottish Widows.  Since leaving Lloyds, Ron has been engaged in Consulting on a wide range of topics such as  Business Transformation, Customer Experience, Mergers and Integrations, large scale change, distribution channel performance and business process improvement etc. Prior to joining eacg, he also undertook capability reviews of a number of government departments at the UK Cabinet Office.

Jon Murphy – Executive Director

Jon MurphyJon has been with eacg for 8 years where he has undertaken a range of client engagements and account roles. His background is  in the financial services sector, with  responsibilities having been mainly focused on portfolio and programme delivery. Immediately prior to joining eacg, he was part of the executive team at Lloyds TSB Private Bank, where he had responsibility for  Information Technology Services.

Andrew Walker – Global Chief Operating Officer

Andrew joined eacg as Chief Operating Officer, with a focus on optimising  back-office infrastructures to meet current and future demands. Andrew’s background is working within professional services and a consultancy environment. Formerly a Finance Director at the BSI Group he has a wealth of experience working within and helping sustain rapidly growing businesses, restructuring divisions and applying the tight financial control required to drive controlled revenue and bottom-line growth. He has direct experience of acquisitions in Asia and Europe, from identification to integration.

Julius Reeves – Head of UK Partnerships

Julius has over 15 years experience working in a  strategic business development capacity for consulting led organisations . His experience includes working with blue chip companies to develop value led propositions that help them find business focused solutions within the areas of business change, data management, CRM,  sales and marketing.  Most of his experience has been focused on working within the financial and professional services sectors and his work has covered the geopolitical regions of; Western Europe, North America and AsiaPac.

Simon Partridge – Client Relationship Management

Simon PartridgeSimon has  spent 27 years working in a variety of sales, marketing and management roles in Professional Services. His last role was at Xerox where he had International responsibilities working across 46 countries. In particular, he developed a service model that added maximum value to customers and the company itself. His specialism in manufacturing and financial services sectors led to becoming a recognised expert in improving communications and driving efficiency through a focus on document management.
