eacg was founded in the UK by Steve Robson in 1998. It was originally set up to address the issues of euro integration. It expanded into providing project and programme management services within the financial services industry and beyond. With a pioneering mindset that is based on Change delivery certainty – eacg has built a team of expert consultants and partner firms to ensure quality Change Delivery of the most complex issues.
2008 saw eacg gain recognition from the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 league tables as being one of the fastest growing unlisted companies in the UK and, in 2009, that success was repeated.

In 2010, eacg expanded into Asia-Pac, with the establishment of an office in Sydney. Since then, new offices in Melbourne, Singapore and Hong Kong have followed. Steve Robson, Chairman, is currently Acting CEO in Asia-Pac, and is successfully developing the business in the region.
The company is currently recruiting both permanent staff and associates to undertake a variety of Change Management projects across the Asia Pac region.
